Risk Management of Construction in Sudan

This paper aims to study the humanitarian risks in construction projects that affect objectives of project from time, cost and quality, identify, analyze develop appropriate strategy, monitor control specifically risk factors affecting projects. A questionnaire was designed collect data identify then distributed several public private sector companies registered with Organizing Council for engineering works contractors Sudan, after facing were identified through telephone interviews The engineers managers these companies, analyzed by Google Form. results showed inflation, increased prices materials market, weak site management, delayed payments contractor awarding design unqualified designers, is most important vulnerable among parties project.
